Macedonia Human Services Cultural Training Center, Inc. will provide in-home individual or small group tutoring services to eligible students attending Title I schools not meeting AYP. Tutoring sessions will take place off-site (libraries) or on-site (schools) for no less than 1 hour per session.

That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the agreement with Macedonia Human Services Cultural Training Center, Inc. to provide SES tutoring.

Sessions are paid at an hourly rate of $50.00 for small group or $55.00 for individual, not to exceed $1,012.00 per student for the duration of the agreement. The provider is paid from Title I funds as stipulated in No Child Left Behind.

***The Title I SES Tutoring program is currently in its set up process, based on DOE approved Sarasota provider list and enrollment/ eligibility mailings to parents. Once the providers have obtained executed agreements with parents and district, 310 contracts will be generated based on the providers hourly rate and number of students with completed agreements.
